Ace Lapitan, was prompt on his arrival to my home, was attentive to all external reas of the home, and also the attic. He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed small areas with termite right away. Answered all my questions. Made recommendations. Was not pushy, sales-y type. Happy with the experience & recommend his services and Bite away, was very prompt in all their communication and also with scheduling appointments.
Bite Away has provided excellent service for my house before I even closed. Ace did an amazing job on the estimate and all the follow through was professional and well presented. All the technicians have been very thorough and respectful of the property. Just recently, technician Paul Figueroa did an outstanding service, quick and thorough.
