This office is great, from the moment that I made my appointment, throughout the exam and even afterward at the time of purchasing my frames they made every step easy for me. Everyone is so kind and valued my input when looking for the right frames to purchase. During my exam my doctor explained the process and even alternative exams I could request if I wanted to and explain what that would look like. In the lobby when I walked in and even when I returned a few months later they were always warm and welcoming and followed up with me and answered my questions. I recently had an exam and got new glasses! I love them. They were so helpful helping me pick some out. It’s such a friendly office and very welcoming. I’m sure everyone else will have the same experience I did. The doctor is great and his staff is awesome.
I took my mom who is 100 years of age in for an annual checkup and the amazing team took wonderful care of her very respectful and kind and the doctor spotted something that needed a board certified ophthalmologist to work on and with that referral she got the care she needed and her eyesight has improved so much.
I think the doctor and the team here for being so stringent on recommending the best options.
The glasses made for Mom she absolutely loves and there's such a wide selection and the team really takes a lot of care and time for the right choices.....Dr Liz Grey
