The customer care support team from Audio Escondido is always top notch. My service provider, Eric, is no nonsense, quick to communicate updates and often suggests cost saving options, while taking care of our 2021 Etron.
I purposely make the drive to Escondido because their service is well above the other San Diego area service departments. No regrets.
I scheduled a repaired on my 2019 Q5 with Eric Garris. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, very friendly, and kept me posted of the progress on the repairs. Thanks to Eric I was able to take advantage of an extended warranty I had purchased years ago. Eric saved a significant amount of money on the repairs.
I strongly recommend Audi Escondido to friends and family.
Five stars. Thank you.
