Thank goodness I found Ben and his company Weather Masters. I had sought his advice because I had concerns regarding the work of the contractor we engaged to remedy the leaks in the retaining wall adjoining the side our bedroom. Ben met me and our contractor at our home and inspected the work that had been done. In a respectful and thoughtful manner, he advised me and our contractor that a number of serious errors had been made in connection with such things as the depth of the excavation, the waterproofing materials applied to the wall, and the fill used to cover the trench. The contractor, to his credit, accepted all of Ben's recommendations and agreed to start over and make the required changes. I only wish that we had contacted Ben before the work had started and engaged him either as a consultant or contractor to do the work.FIVE STARS PLUS!Burt P.
