Our Whirpool year 2010 Fridge/Freezer's coller keep stopping by its self , we would just usually switchbit back off then after 3-5min turn it on again and it will work. However, it kept doing it again so wr decided to get it repair. Boris came within 2 hours after we called. He was very professional, honest. He fixed the issue and did a fantastic job and we are cery positive that our fridge will last many more years with no issue. We are satusfied with his service and the value seem fair. great service and customer service I called and spoke to Angel and she was great her assurance that they would do all they can to help gave me such relief because I wasn't going to have to go out to do laundry... she got a technician to me and was able to fix my washer . I recommend them for all your appliances needs again thank you all for such great service

We have been using Universal Appliance for a few years now. We have an oldey but a goodey dryer that keeps on ticking and just needs a maintenance every so often. Mike always is prompt to respond and provides quality customer service. His worker Gary is five stars excellent! He is thorough and clean with his work and keeps our dryer going every time. I highly recommend the value you get with this business!
