I was told $40 to install an SSD card but when I arrived the tech reccomended not to install the SSD Drive I had on hand but instead, buy a Samsung SSD. because the memory I had on hand was not a reccomended brand. The tech literally unscrewed 4 screws showed me how to install the memory. I figured since the tech didn't install the memory, leaving a $10 Tip for the information was a good gesture. As I was leaving, I was told they usually charge for consultation. I gave the guy $20, a total of $30. I don't know how I feel about that one. ? These guys are fast they can dial in and they have 15 minute minimum rates not one hour, and their hourly rate is lower than most if not anyway. Highly recommend five stars plush.
Sam is a great guy call n assist bright away with issue on my PC.
