“Let me start by saying I am a chicken went it comes to procedures like I received. My nurse, Caryn, was so wonderful, comforting and understanding. She realized I was nervous and made me so relaxed. The office overall was supportive and very friendly.
I received Sylfirm which is radio frequency microneedling.
Caryn applied numbing cream first and I sat for 45 minutes before the procedure started. Honestly, it was next to painless. And I am a wimp!! I would highly recommend the procedure at Reform. I was informed of what was happening during the whole procedure and given specific instructions for the care afterwards.
If I could give a higher rating I would. My face looks amazing and the entire experience was great.
