I have used their services for years. The front desk staff has improved and they are much friendlier than prior years. I was helped by Annette this time. She answered my questions and was very helpful. For my treatments, I only see Allison or Elizabeth as they're the best in their field. They're so nice and make you feel comfortable during the treatment. They do a great job and I don't have to go back often! Bianca is the best and even my dermatologist was impressed with how my procedure turned out. I definitely would recommend this location and especially the people mentioned above.
Update: One of the managers, Tania, contacted me and offered a discount for the area that was missed for the next time I receive the treatment. I appreciate the gesture and am satisfied with how they handled the issue, as it shows a commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, the resolution meets my expectations
Had a great experience at New Look. The front desk girl was very helpful, patient, and gave me all the information I needed. Bianca is absolutely fantastic!! She is very kind, has amazing bedside manners. She made sure to listen to me and my needs and offered advice. Her technique was also so great! I barely felt the needle. She has so much positive energy and very welcoming. I appreciate Bianca and will definitely see her again!!
