I went to Susan to have my eyebrows done. Mine are very sparse and I have a little scar in one where there is no hair at all. On my first appointment, I told Susan what I wanted to do - natural looking brows with no straight lines, square corners and not beyond where they were because again, I wanted them to look natural. For some unknown reason, she only did about a quarter of the brows. So, of course, I had to go back again. On the second appointment, she apparently forgot what I had requested. She never measured or marked them. When she worked on the right brow, she added a full half inch to the brow and made a high arch. It looked like a cartoon character! I instantly cried because I didn't know that she would be able to remove most of that. She never got my permission to add any length! I would have said NO! She actually said that the arch didn't look so high when my eyes were closed!!! What? I was incredibly upset and told her to remove most of what she had done. She removed about a 1/4 inch and refused to remove more even after I kept saying it, like ten times, but she wouldn't. I had two completely different brows! I was so upset, I had to leave, but I had to go back again to have her fix it. She immediately started to argue and I had to tell her to stop - I wasn't there to argue with her! She did it again! I again had to stop her and requested that she just stop talking and listen to me! She fixed it - not perfect, they are still different, but I will never, ever go back to her again! She was very rude, insulting and unprofessional. She even said that my brows were difficult, and I don't understand that because there's hardly any hair! She said I had a small pimple, but I have a tiny mole - I would have thought she would know the difference! So, three appointments, one brow is higher than the other and more of an arch. It was such a horrible experience! I would have thought that someone who says she's been doing this for 30 years would ever treat someone with such disrespect.

I've been going to the salon for sometime and have Susan do my hair. I get so many compliments on my hair after she does it she does a fantastic job of color, cut and blow dry. She uses great products and she's very friendly. She goes out of her way for every single one of her customers to greet you with a smile, and is so accommodating, the place is always clean which makes me feel even more comfortable. There's nice music always playing in the background and everybody that's around there. The other hairdressers as well as customers are very nice. I drove a very long way just to get my hair done there I highly recommend it. Susan is terrific whenever I contact her to get my hair done she's so happy to hear from me. I couldn't ask for a better hairdresser anywhere.

Gayaneh is truly the best! I have been going to Gayaneh since I was a teenager and she always does an amazing job for up dos and blow drys for my hair. I highly recommend her for any special occasions you might have.

I wish I could give Susan 50000 stars!!! She is a gem! Not only is she super friendly and kind, but her service speaks for itself. She is the only person I have ever let cut my hair. Everytime she cuts my hair it grows so so long! She has MAGIC hands!!! In addition, the salon is always clean and filled with friendly and social people. I definitely recommend Susan!!

Susan is awesome! I had black hair and she colored my hair light looking gorgeous in one time with no damage. She really has an eye for what looks good and cares about the health of the client's hair. She also gave me a fantastic hair cut! Friends hair salon is a one stop shop and Susan has many talents including eye brow tattooing and makeup. You can't beat her prices for the quality of work done. Not only you can trust her with your hair but she has a sweet soul as well.

Susan may have great people skills, but it has been a year since I have been doing permanent eye make up removal (it has been about 10 times and thousands of dollars) and still this hasn't come off of me. I am still very disappointed because she not only used cheap old ink that fades to blue but she NEVER asked me if I want underneath my eyes done. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want her to be annoyed at me for being too picky, and thought she was maybe doing a thin, barely noticeable line. Honestly shame on Susan. Worst experience ever.

I Love love love coming to Susan. She did my eyebrows and I always get compliments on them. She cuts and colors my hair and I look amazing. I would highly recommend Susan. I don't think I could trust anyone else to handle my hair.
