I still get really frustrated with the long wait. I am always on time and yet I’m always there waiting and waiting. As is everyone else. I heard some clients grumble that they were double booked at the same time as other patients. That part of the visit is always really annoying and frustrating for me!! With all the personnel running around I don’t understand why this is a persistent problem. Appointments should be booked in a way that patients don’t have to wait so long for a doctor

The doctors are attentive, collegial, and focused (the pun is not intended). They're all graduates of the top-tier medical schools, and the hospitals and universities at which they did their fellowships are all top notch as well. Dr. Kandavel performed my cataract surgery 6 years ago; I've had no problems since. Two friends have also had surgery performed by the physicians; no problems there either. The medical assistants are also excellent. The office staff is efficient, but the wait time for calls to be picked up is excessively long. I don't believe that one can make appointments online, either---which should definitely be an alternative. All... read full review
