Finding a good contractor is so hard to do. I’ve done two previous remodels and had bad experiences with previous contractors. This time around I made sure we spoke with lots of contractors. Sam was honest, direct and I just knew he would provide adequate work. He is very fair and I would hire him if we have another project in the future.

I'm so glad I hired ATM remodeling to redo my bathroom. My bathroom had a major leak from the toilet and had to be completely remodeled and replumbered. Sam came and took a look and attentively asked me how I wanted the bathroom to look. My house is a 80 year old house so I wanted to revamp it up so I asked him for a modern chic looking bathroom. I was involved in all the color and tile decision making. He gave me great suggestions on how to improve the look of the bathroom and they all turned out really nice. I get so many compliments on the way my bathroom looks now. I'm so excited to hire ATM REMODELING for the rest of my houses renovation.

They completed a major remodeling project in a timely and efficient manner, obtaining a structural engineer for replacing a fireplace and 2 windows with a door, and working with the city for permits and inspections. The projects included electrical, security, new roof, new siding, earthquake retrofitting, insulation and wrapping the house and repairing and replacing doors. Sam is incredible to work with. The project was well managed and the pricing was an honest value for the work performed. I’d happily work with them again.
