Elite air did a great job installing my new AC and heating system. I waited a year to place this review, which is my practice, cause I want to make sure that I go through all the seasons and see if there are any issues. The system works great and I had a very pleasant summer, and I'm so grateful with the new system now that it's winter.Roy was very responsive and helpful during the process and even helped out with some questions after installation. The system works great, And I've actually noticed my bill go down a little bit as a result of a more efficient system. The removal process was fast and they left the workspace clean. I can't say enough about Roy and his team at Elite. They're top notch. I needed a mini-split AC installed in a detached garage. Roy came by within a day to give me an estimate, we talked for a bit about my needs in the space, and he gave me his honest opinion on sizing and quality of different manufacturers. When he had the opportunity to up-sell me on two separate instances (size of unit and specialized low-noise model) he opted for honesty and saved me money! If I could give this company more stars, I would; it's that simple. Doing our due diligence, we interviewed several HVAC companies as our current system was close to 23 yrs old. When Roy was here at the house for the initial consult, it became apparent to us in 10 minutes time that we wanted to work with him. He is the owner of the company, not a salesperson as were the others who stopped by, and that registered with us immediately. He is very down to earth, friendly, and informative. Most importantly, he did not want us to spend more money than was absolutely necessary on a system.
