I LOVE YOGA TROPICS. It’s my first and only yoga studio. The teachers are incredible! Especially Heidi who has taught me everything I now know!! The heat + yoga movements helps my body stay healthy and strong plus cleansed! The atmosphere is amazing and each class is friendly for all levels with each teacher allowing alterations to fit your needs and health goals ???❤️❤️‍?

Yoga Tropics is an excellent studio with experienced, caring instructors. The classes are intense and challenge you to push your limits, but also encourage everyone to do what’s best for their own bodies and abilities. Many other yoga studios I’ve been to are very “showy” and can be intimidating. Yoga Tropics is a supportive and friendly community where anyone can feel safe to grow their yoga practice!

I'm visiting Encinitas for the month, and (thankfully) discovered Yoga Tropics! The instructors are all fantastic. It's friendly and welcoming. I feel like I'm part of a community every time I go. If you're looking for a challenging, fulfilling, (and hot) yoga practice, I definitely recommend checking out Yoga Tropics!
