We have used Burtech for multiple properties and have always had a great experience. Recently, Kyle arrived on time, clearly explained his assessment of the issue, recommended a way to fix the problem that was cheaper & cleaner than what another plumber suggested. He cleared the kitchen drain, cleaned up, great communication with myself and tenants at the property. 100% will continue using them for any plumbing issues.
We have relied on Burtech plumbing for service to our home and also for rental properties. The service has been outstanding. Professional, timely, reliable.
We have requested service from Dave -- who has done water heaters for us, toilet replacement, overall repairs, and now a valve replacement for a shower.
His work and his ability to explain to us what is happening is over the top.
