I recently had my Indo-Persian rug cleaned by Oriental Rug Pros. Micah and Dan were both so knowledgeable about our rug and gave us the full history behind the technique and threading. They were professional, prompt, and you can tell how much they really love what they do. When our rug came back it was immaculate and even the cotton tassels were a brighter white. We have other really great rugs and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again! They did a fantastic job!
Micah came out to pick up our large rug and provided a full scope of info on the cleaning process and cost. He was friendly, professional, and we had a perfectly cleaned rug a week or so later delivered and back in place. It was the first full clean in 20 years and came out like new after a spill and failed spot clean.
