Phenomenal, just absolutely amazing. They arrived a few minutes early, were professional, polite, and very well mannered. i take care of animals, so my carpets had several tough spots from pet accidents, including urine and even some stains from an ill pet, and everything was starting to look dull and worn. One mint-colored carpet looked so dingy that i honestly thought i would need to replace it because there seemed to be no way to save it. They used the right carpet cleaning treatment, deep stain removal, and careful deodorizing, and the results were incredible. After years of everyday wear, our carpet and microfiber sectional really needed a deep cleaning. I honestly thought replacing the flooring might be the only way to improve the look of our living room, and I was not sure our sofa cushions could be brought back. But Jerry and Wayne did an excellent job. They were very thorough with the carpet cleaning, took extra time on the upholstery, and carefully lifted the dirt and traffic lane buildup that had collected over time. Wayne did an excellent job. I recently moved into a home in Solana Beach, and the carpet had not been professionally cleaned for a long time. Wayne arrived on time, got started right away, and explained each step of the carpet cleaning prep and treatment process in a clear, easy way. He also shared helpful advice about smoothing out a few carpet bubbles and improving the overall look of the flooring. He removed a lot of tough stains that I did not think would come out, even paint spots, and the carpet looked much fresher and cleaner when he was done.
