I have a great experience from the outset. The contact centre staff Santiago is most efficient and very helpful. He is amazing! I found the web site very well designed, secure and easy to navigate. When i first visited, i was greeted by this lady Dana with a big smile and I felt instantly welcome. My lab was expertly handled by Jamie, another great staff.
My doctor Dr Rachel Hessner is a good listener and I am definitely moving in the right direction under her expert guidance.
