Cristy is a gifted healer, massage therapist, and myofascial specialist. Each treatment and consultation I have had with her have provided extraordinary results. I have slept better. My circulation has be improving. Even my sense of smell has been returning. The tightness in my body has been loosening. Cristy is extremely thorough, taking time prior to each treatment to discuss many aspects of healing and generously sharing her expertise. She has shared exercises and stretches I can do on my own time at home to improve my symptoms and sleep. She has also provided tips on posture that I think about daily. Cristy is a highly experienced bodyworker. She helped me with discomfort in my upper chest and armpit area that I've had for almost a decade--most of it was gone in the first session and now I'm feeling totally good after the second session.
