We used Delphi Construction for our balcony repair and resurface. Chris was easy to work with, his work was high quality, and he completed the project within a week of us getting an estimate. All other companies were quoting us at least a few months out. His pricing was competitive with other quotes we received. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the entire repair in detail and he took multiple steps to ensure we wouldn’t have any more future water leaks. He also repaired and painted our stucco adjacent to the balcony which was above and beyond what we expected of him and his team.
