“I cannot say enough just how wonderful this office and ALL the staff are. Both Drs. Spencer and Avi are so great - it's clear they are in the right line of work, because they work so well with patients (and their families). The assistants/hygienists are kind and patient with the kiddos as well! I've been in here a handful of times and much of the space is open concept so you can tell how comfortable people are throughout the office.

And I have to give big praise for the front desk staff, especially Laura, because they are truly willing to go above and beyond to answer multiple calls/emails, help explain forms, insurance, and all the dental jargon. They are extremely generous with their time and never make you feel they are rushing to end the conversation. Laura in particular is very gracious and personable with even the most complex situations.

I 100% recommend this office for pediatric dentistry (and I hear they accept adult patients too!).“

“Let me start this off by saying I choose to drive here from Los Angeles because I know that when I come for my appointments the care I'm receiving Is nothing less than excellence every single time. I'm quite a nervous/fearful person when it comes to Dentist/Dr visits. Dr.Ismail and her team always make me feel safe and talk me through exactly what's happening along the way. Today I had a cosmetic procedure done on my gums. Throughout my appointment I was able to ask all the questions I wanted to and I was given highly detailed answers. “My first visit with Dr. Le was amazing! First, I was greeted by Derek, at the front desk, who was very warm, personable and welcoming. Then Beverly, the Assistant, took full x-rays and explained what they all meant for me. Then Dr. Le gave a thorough exam, with an assessment. Then she did my cleaning, which was stress-free and painless. Afterwards, Dr Le treated a bad tooth for me. Derek followed up with a treatment plan for some issues I have. And I was delighted at the pricing. All this was done efficiently in the first hour of being in their office. I highly recommend them. And can’t wait till it’s time to come back again as they were a joy to be around.“

“I stopped in on a whim. We had been living here for a few years and my son who is 12 but looks like he’s 17 needed a dentist. He needed a dentist who got him, who understood his fears and concerns. Dr. Keller did just that. He was extremely calm even though my guy was showing visible signs of being anxious about a cleaning, Dr Keller and his staff were patient and kind, doing what my son would allow and maybe just a tad bit more ☺️. “I am so grateful to have found Dr. Matt, Theresa, and their entire team. My 16mo old baby girl fell at the park and chipped her tooth and I was so worried it was going to fall out or discolor or have some lingering effects when I started googling what happened (google gets me every time- ha!). We took her to Scripps and they recommended Dr. Matt so I called after hours and left a voicemail hoping they could get us in the next day. I actually got a call back from Dr Matt that night and I was in tears when I picked up, so worried about her. He was the kindest human to me, didn't rush me off the phone, and assured me my daughter was going to be okay and that he'd see her right away the next morning. We got there and the entire reception staff was great, then Theresa and Dr Matt kept her super occupied with adorable rubber duckies and distractions and she didn't fuss much at all which made my mama heart so happy. The night before she was screaming when the other doctor put her hands in her mouth so I was terrified for the dentist appt- and while she didn't LOVE them in her mouth she barely fussed and was smiling and saying "bye bye" to them at the end. He assured me I have nothing to worry about once again, that her tooth is solid in there still and that these things happen all the time. While I'm not stoked my baby fell and chipped her tooth, I'm so happy we now have an incredible pediatric dentist! In fact, I got home and told my husband hmm I wonder if they see adults since I'm quite the baby when it comes to the dentist, too . Thank you Dr Matt & team!!!“
