I had a 15 year old spa that wouldn't heat and it's age made it near impossible to find parts for. Marty did a great job diagnosing problems and finding substitute parts and sticking with the job until it was up and running.

Despite a previous misunderstanding with the manager of the retail operation I decided to give Chuck Grosse a shot at doing a major remodeling of our pool. Chuck was easy to work with and very fair in all of his dealings with me. He assembled an excellent team who did the first class job. here is a copy of my Facebook post. Great help with my spa controller. Marty sent me a txt and 20 minutes later he showed up. He also followed up with a txt after the work was completed to see if everything was still good.
