Coastal Pulmonary Associates

The front desk staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The wait time was reasonable, and the process to pick up and drop off my medical equipment for testing was smooth and efficient. I received clear, professional instructions when picking up the equipment, which made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

I'm concerned ( but not mad) regarding the phones not being answered at 9:30 in the morning on a Friday before a holiday and, more importantly, test results not being available in my portal. I'm wondering if there is a reason pulmonary associates do not post to the portal. My pulomonolgist is not even listed in the portal as one of my doctors. Staff are always kind and respectful when I've been to this office. I have noticed that they are diligently working the phones in a very busy office.

Finally got someone by phone regarding why they haven't called in an order made by the doctor. The friendly receptionist told me that they are short staff and it takes 4 WEEKS just to get an order called in!!!! This is absurd and grossly inadequate. Time to look somewhere else for my health care. Too bad...I really like my doctor.
