Bob's Carpet Care is amazing and provides professional carpet, sofa, and upholstery cleaning. Customers have used them for years and highly recommend them. They are unfailingly prompt, courteous, and professional. The service is fair with the price and customers are very happy with the quality job done. They do a great job on carpet stairs, travertine floors, and wool rugs. Customers can always count on a quality job and will definitely be booking again.
Ive used Bob's Carpet cleaning since I moved to Carlsbad (for 18 yrs). I specifically chose this family business to support our community. I have scored them 100% each time in the past for their effective & efficient cleaning. Last month the carpet was wet after cleaning for 3-days which wouldn't be good if you have an active family so I scored 4 out of 5 this time. Carpets were super clean, including removing dog stains from various relatives dog visits.
We have used Bob's Carpet Care for over 20 years and have always been impressed by their service. They have removed pet stains that I thought would never come out!
Our last service was just a few days ago and the carpets and area rugs look great. Highly recommend!
Bob is by far the best carpet professional I have ever worked with. He is thorough, detailed, and most importantly keeps his word! He's even willing to help when my little princess dog makes a bad decision, lol.
