Nonetheless, the dentist's professional job and the staff's caring attitude are notable aspects of this dental care facility.
Janine at the front desk has always been very polite and helpful. I recommend that the other 2 women follow her lead and stop putting callers on hold only to hang up on them 20 minutes later. Janine should receive a monetary reward.
- Multiple times spent waiting 45+ after appointment time to be seen.
- Receptionist attempted to lookup my coverage info from the WRONG PROVIDER despite it being obviously shown on the insurance card. Wasted 1 hr on hold with insurance getting it
sorted out, by that time the appointment was missed.
- Additionally, they seem eager to over-treat. While preventative procedures (such as braces for an adult) are helpful, it's important to communicate what is essential treatment versus optional. I went to a different dentist and it was a much better experience. Never actually got any procedures done here.
1st appointment had alot if technical difficulties such as appointment scheduled for the wrong month, appointment texts saying I missed the visit I had, and quite a delay on insurance approval despite it being cleared. 1st appointment also had 1hr wait despite being in time. Had scheduled a cleaning over the phone but instead got x-rays and a quick cavity check. Also, basically shared a room with a little girl getting her exam. They were promoting braces.
Staff seems tense and rushed.
2nd visit for cleaning, arrived at appointment time and opening time and the doors were locked. They opened 20mn late.
