The absolute worst company for medical billing. There is zero phone customer service. I keep getting final notice papers for things I have paid EVERY time they bill us. It's like they send one payment notice then 3 more come behind it saying it's over due. literally just got an email back from the address that they include saying it does not exist.

This company sent about 20 fedex envelopes under our companies account number. Based on other reviews, not only do they scam patients, but they steal fedex account numbers as well. Feds are on to them this time though.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I thought the bill was a scam at first because of how poorly the format was and I never got any email or heads up this bill was even coming. To top it all off, the woman I spoke with on the phone was so incredibly rude and talked down to me when I called with questions about my bill. Would not recommend dealing with this company, -3/10
