I love this nail salon! I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they executed the look perfectly. The customer service is amazing, too. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the salon yesterday. I came in with a clear reference photo for the shape and length I wanted, but my nails turned out lumpy and wide, nothing like what I requested. When I voiced my concerns, the nail tech attempted to fix them but also blamed me for “not telling her,” even though I had shown a reference picture. I asked if another tech could reshape them, but was told no.
