We recently had HDR remodel our bathrooms and our laundry room. All of the people working for HDR were very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. Total redo of the only bathroom in the house - 8 weeks without a toilet/shower...they were sensitive to the issue and got it done on time - even with a 2 week Covid delay in the house. They were professional, very communicative and responsive to our comments from the design phase through the construction phase. HDR did a full renovation of our old kitchen beyond a simple remodel. It was a large project, and they were there every step of the way. The planning was very detailed, and everything was set before anything was started. HDR was in constant communication with us during the whole project and kept us informed of every step. The staff was great and so were the contractors, their resourcefulness and determination with getting everything we wanted and doing it correctly was amazing.
