Oh, man. These guys are GREAT. From start to finish - they show up on time (like, to the minute), communicate often and well, and then do just PHENOMENAL work. Like it's their own home and they want to be proud of it. Baywood handled a small kitchen refresh - from demo to all new, and I couldn't be happier with the work. It went pretty much to plan...as much as any construction job can be. They were flexible with evolving design decisions, dealt with delays (a dinged cabinet) like pros, and were just awesome in every aspect. Honest, hardworking, responsible, kind, courteous, punctual, and very reasonable pricing. What a relief to find a contractor with all of these traits! Had a sump pump built into the basement to keep our flooding at bay. The guys at Baywood we're so wonderful to work with; they finished days early and under budget, I might add. They really went above and beyond, and even left our basement floors way cleaner than what they had started with. Can't wait to use them again (this time hopefully for something really fun!).
