I was nervous about going to urgent care, but PA Parks made me feel comfortable. He was attentive, listened to all of my concerns, and knowledgeably answered all my questions. I appreciate how quickly he followed up with next steps for my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan. I visited this urgent care for the first time yesterday and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. Everyone was caring and efficient. The woman doing intake at the front (I think her name was Erika) was very helpful, kind, and fast. I filled out the paperwork and asked how long the wait was, she said about 45 minutes. The waiting room is nice and spread out so I found a quiet spot to read and the time flew by. Almost exactly 45 minutes later I got called back by a nurse who was also very caring and efficient with vitals.
