This is my favorite location of Sport Clips to go to. I usually go on days that Erica works. From the time she first cut my hair, she's always paid close attention to detail and remembers me every time.
Erica and Jiwa are super nice and do a good job. They are also the ones that go out of their way to acknowledge people that walk in. Sammy is rude don't go to her and I'm not sure about Norma. We were next on the wait list for her and there were two available stylists with no clients that could have grabbed the next person on the wait list that didn't request a stylist but she took that person and left me to wait 30 more mins and the two stylists with no client. Seemed like that sucked for everyone but her. There is also an older gentleman but haven't been to him yet. The price is higher here than other places but they do take notes on what type of cut you like and offer extras that other places don't.
This was my first visit and it was a good one. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly staff . Clean place . Norma was great . Listened to what I wanted and informed me of her professional opinion. She was very knowledgeable and nice. I'll return.
