“I’ve gone here a total of four times for my haircut. I waited awhile to write my review but I enjoy going here. The guy at the front desk is really friendly! I don’t think he cuts hair though. They also offer dying your hair, nails and haircuts. I’ve only gone for my haircut so I only have a review on that. I appreciate that they walk you through the haircut, tell you how short or long would you like and also show you. They make sure you’re comfortable with it. They’re Vietnamese as most salons are but this is the younger generation and I prefer that as there isn’t a huge language barrier and they can understand what type of haircut I’d like. They’re get to know you as a person, ask about your life, trips, and etc. feels like talking to family or friends. The only reason they’re only getting a 4/5 stars is because when my boyfriend and I had went, I believe it was a new barber that was cutting my boyfriends hair, well he didn’t do well. Like at all. My boyfriend said he wanted half of his hair gone. HALF. The guy kept saying “half an inch? Okay” and my boyfriend told him about 4/5 times half the hair, not half an inch. At this point, my boyfriend was frustrated and just took the haircut and paid for it. He went to his regular salon, got the haircut he wanted and for cheaper. My boyfriend was clear on his instructions, I’ve never seen the guy barber before. I believe the women are a lot better at cutting hair for men and women there.
