Everyone helping me was super friendly, from the receptionist, medical assistant, phlebotomist, and PA! I was advised to come at least 30 minutes early to ensure I had time to complete paperwork. Since I had completed the paperwork required of me ahead of time, I was mostly waiting until my appointment during that time. I probably spent the most time with the medical assistant, who was was incredibly thorough and explained to me what she was doing at every step of the way. I really appreciated that! Anyway, the facility was very clean and there's lots of parking out front.
The staff here at Mercy Medical Group, are friendly and polite. They are very helpful in addressing any issues you may have. If they are able too. They will help you with questions you may have. Without seeing your Dr. they will.
