It's really unfortunate that I'm only giving this place 3 stars. The lady at the front is super sweet and kind; however, I took in my wedding dress to get cleaned and there was still so much stain and dirt at the bottom of my dress. I was really hoping they would've done a great job so I could give them a 5 star rating because customer service was definitely a 5 star.
Leaving for a business trip today. I was able to drop off 24 hours ago and pick up the next day. 3 pants, 1 jacket, 5 shirts = $64 I go to another place closer to me but they take 4 days to complete a jacket I will definitely be coming here from now on
I was in need of a place to have my husband's suit pressed at the last minute. I called around to several dry cleaners and no one was able to accommodate. I finally called Laguna Village Cleaners and got the sweetest lady on the line who told me she could have the suit done. When I dropped it off she was even more sweet in person and assured me she could have it done by the next day. I came back that same day and dropped off another suit for my son that she was also able to accommodate. I picked the suits up the next day and was thoroughly impressed with her work. She even let me know she dry cleaned one of the shirts for free! The customer service alone went above and beyond and I highly recommend this place.
