I requested a simple cut. It turned out fine. Eva seemed to rush her way through everything, stopped doing my hair a few times to text/and do other things. Her mind seemed somewhere else. I felt I was just a quick nothing appointment to her. I thought maybe she was having a rough day so I handed her a $10 tip (for a $30 cut). In which she barely looked up at me, grabbed the cash, and said a routine "thank you". I left feeling like my business meant nothing.

Well it's been a while but I had to make a drastic color change and I know Eva is the only one who can do it and didn't fail.. also had an awesome pedicure/ manicure wit Leanne..

Ahhh!! I am so elated with the outcome of my balayage. My stylist's name was JENN and she did a phenomenal job in processing my color and was super kind and personable! I arrived about 20 minutes late as there was heavy traffic coming From El Dorado Hills, I had no idea it would take over an hour to get to elk Grove, butbut she was super nice and still accommodated to fit me in. Ladies, if you are looking for a professional group of stylist who care about the outcome of your results out of your hair, look no further because this is the place to book your appointment. I am so excited because I am going on a trip to Nashville with my team and business, and I feel so ready to embark upon that journey because my hair is on point to have fun in Music City!! Thank you thank you thank you so much.
