“I love my perm/curls from Sharon (pictures below). I wanted soft big curls and she made it happen. Sharon really wants to understand what her clients want or what they are looking for. When I sat down, she asked me a series of questions to make sure the perm was going to work on my hair then she asked me if I had pictures of the perm/curls that I want. I showed her a few pictures, and she was honest on what pictures will work because they were perm, and which were used with a curling iron. To get a better picture of what I want, Sharon looked up more pictures to see what I wanted. Also, I appreciate how she asked me how I would style my hair and what I wanted to do in the future with my hair. With these questions, it helped guide her on how to perm and style my hair. Once she understood what I wanted, she quickly started working on my hair. She estimated that it will take two hours and it took exactly 2 hours. During the process, she was careful with washing my hair and putting solutions on it so it doesn't get on me. She also checked in on me a few times to make sure everything was ok. At the end, she told me how to take care of my perm. I really can't recommend Sharon enough. Her work and service is superb! She made the 2 hours go by quickly through our pleasant conversation as well. Btw, her address is no longer in Elk Grove so when you contact her, she'll provide you with the new address or ask her. It's a nice and clean salon!“
