Elk Grove Fieldhouse has it all! Knowledgeable coaches, clean facility, lots of equipment, flexible programming, many class times, and community that is like a family. I highly recommend this place if you want to be stronger, faster, or healthier. You will have fun while becoming a better version of you!

Amazing gym! All the coaches here rock they have so much knowledge to pass on and they have fun doing it! The members make the gym feel like family! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I don't believe EG Fieldhouse is in need of my review, but I'm writing it up anyways because I feel like I owe them a positive testimony on the great work they've done with me so far!I've joined them back in 2020 and then dropped out when work got intense (or I got lazy). 2 years later I was itching to get back into the gym, shopped around a few places, and couldn't find the same vibe that EG FieldHouse has.
