Unfortunately, my service was quite painful. I felt like my natural lashes were being yanked out by tweezers at least 10 times because I started to count after a while… and I didn’t get the style I wanted so I’m very disappointed and I couldn’t find a customer service number to contact so I guess I have to leave the review here… I would not book with Megan C. ever again.
*The salon called me after they saw this and offered me a new stylist and complimentary session. I thought that was very good customer service. I am going to give it another try!

My technician Cynthia, has a warm and inviting personality she makes you feel comfortable even on your frist vist with her. She's extremely courteous, along with being meticulous about her work. Cynthia does a fantastic job making my lashes actually look pretty! even though I have several splits in my natural Eye lashes. She always remembers to use the sensitive lash adhesive on me, without having to remind her everytime I have my appointment with her. I highly recommend seeing her. ?
