Just a heads-up: If this person shows up for home warranty work, be careful. In my experience, they pushed for repairs that didn’t seem necessary and the costs added up fast. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I worry that someone less familiar—especially an elderly homeowner—could be taken advantage of. I’d suggest finding someone more trustworthy.

I wish there were zero starts! This company came on November 22 to fix my garbage disposal. it was making a loud noise. I paid $85 as my deductible to insurance. He spent less than 5 minutes, he said it had a screw there. Now I have the biggest leak after he left. Whatever he did, the system is now loose. He left it so much worse. Then I called last Monday and we scheduled an appointment for tomorrow December 3, a week later! Today I checked to confirm tomorrow's time, and they have cancelled my appointment saying the insurance doesn't cover it. I am so furious! Before they came, I had a noise in my garbage disposal. Awful! In my opinion, they are untrustworthy, unethical, and incompetent. I sued them in small claim's court for damages done in the processes of fixing an issue. I did lose, because it was a he-said she-said issue. Therefore, take pictures/document in advance of their arrival if you have to use them (ie. home warranty). Otherwise, stay very, very far away!
