I had gotten my brows microblade before from another place & my right brow needed a correction to be even with right brow. Stephanie was very professional and patient on explaining and answering all my questions. She makes sure your brows are perfect and exactly like you want them. My right brow is now even to my left brow and I was so happy she was able to create the color I wanted. She did an excellent job.“

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years and after trying numerous places in Benicia, Vallejo and Fairfield I'm extremely glad I found the Final Touch. Heena is a master of shaping your brows without them looking too thin. For a guy, you want them to be thick but have that clean look. Never have I once had a bad experience going to Heena. She knows exactly what you want and gives you that natural look with great symmetry. I usually come in as she is closing but she always takes time to get me taken care of. “Navita is great. She’s a lovely human and great at her craft. I get my lashes done by all different people because I travel for work 100% of the time, so it’s impossible to have my go to. But I was in the area for 2.5 months and saw Navita every two weeks. I was sooo happy every time. It was also time for my eyebrows to get waxed and little more color. Whole new woman. Haha. I have no streaks and this is the first time my spray tan looks soo good! No streaks! The solution she uses doesn't have that overly funky smell, and on my pale skin, looks great! “Love this place! I went here a long time ago and I explained to the gentleman what I wanted, but wasn’t clear about what I was trying to say. NOT because he didn’t understand me, but because I wasn’t doing a great job explaining it to him. Instead of just nodding his head and proceed, he said he would have Cindy look after me. That is being customer-oriented! What A LOT of customers fail (badly) to realize is that you may bring in a pic of a hairstyle and demand that cut, but if your hair texture won’t support it, or requires curling, etc, then it is not going to look like what you wanted and then blame the stylist ? I have not been anywhere since. I love her! Once she wasn’t there and I desperately needed a hair cut, so I had the other lady help me and she just did an excellent job. I’m always wary of reviews where the stylist is blamed because the customer’s hair isn’t identical to a photo.“
