Every time I bring my dog to this veterinary practice, I come away very pleased with how both of us were treated and the transparency regarding what is being done, why, and the cost. I highly recommend them.
We have had to come here a couple times for emergency services and they have always been very professional and thorough. We have always been happy with the work they do. The prices, while more than I’d like to pay in an ideal world, are truly reasonable. But today especially, they went above and beyond! We came in panicked because our dog got a fish hook stuck in his paw pad while we were walking at a park. They squeezed him in and checked him out. They were going to do surgery to take it out, but luckily we got a call a few minutes later that while preparing him the fish hook came out- it must not have been in as deep as we initially thought! It was our first time there I got an appointment very quickly versus all of the other vet clinics that I was calling to get an appointment. They broke down everything for my dog Nala and gave me a care plan for her. They were very polite and seemed to be very concerned. and not judgmental, which is very helpful in the situation that my dog Nala was in I will be returning and following up to continue her care.
