Don’t pay the vet the fee to submit the travel health certificate. Mail your signed rabies and health certificate with an prepaid envelope addressed to yourself and a money order for 38 dollars to this address and they will fill it out and return it in as little as a day. Some of these vets wildin out with 200 dollars in fees for a service that you can do yourself. The vet office straight lied on the phone telling me the government raised the price! It’s still 38 dollars don’t be fooled! I just used their services as Im travelling with my cat to France. So far really happy with the service!! They answered all my questions over the phone and they are pretty easy to get a hold of. I started to research about 3 months ago. I've reached out to other companies that do the certification, prices were anywhere from $400 to $750 and to that there is an extra $100+ to buy a space for your fur baby on the plane. So very pricy if you go through other companies. I used a vet that is allowed to provide the documents to certify ( it cost me $150) . Then mailed the docs to them at their Redondo location and done. These people are SO nice, patient and helpful. We are very grateful for their help.They are helpful on the phone, and helpful behind the scenes too, I found. One of them called my vet, because some information was missing on my papers. When I went to turn in my paperwork, it was clearly stated drop off was between 8-9. I got there, at the very last minute (long drive). Everybody was all smiles, from the security guy to the young woman who checked the paperwork. The place is easy to find.There is plenty of parking.They take precautions during Covid, and you meet them outside. It is clearly marked where you should line up.
