I recently had spinal decompression surgery at West Coast Joint and Spine. I am extremely pleased with outcome of the surgery and the quality of care that I received. The facility was bright, sanitary, and well organized. The support staff, especially Krissy and Joshy, were courteous and professional. I give a special shout-out to medical staff Daniel, Lynn, Rachel, and Tiffany for the level of care I received. Everyone contributed to making this experience as painless as possible.

What a wonderful facility!! The staff and nurses are top notch. If you are having surgery and have a choice this place is awesome there is no problem parking a comfortable waiting area and even have a Starbucks across the street! Perfect all around. My husband had spine surgery here and this was 1000% better than going to Roseville Sutter surgery center with all their parking issues! I was very pleased with the text updates and the staff and nurses I left with all my questions answered and thorough instructions on taking care of my husband.

Outstanding care and service from start to finish!

My father went to West Coast Joint and Spine as an outpatient for his knee replacement surgery. I was a little skeptical at first, but everything went smoothly. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire procedure, which really put me at ease. The facility is very nice and clean, and the staff was awesome. A special thanks to Danielle and the entire staff for their kindness and support—they truly made a difference.

Everything was new, clean, organized.
The staff was next level excellent!
It truly was a great experience!
They all took the time to wish me well by signing a card and snuck it in my paperwork.. so nice!
They called today to check on me.

Great staff and crew… had a full knee replacement surgery this past Wed… they were super professional and funny. They made me feel at ease and will definitely get my other knee replaced here. Best facility I have been to by far. I recommend it to everyone, in fact I have. At least to my friends/family who may up coming surgical/medical needs. 5 stars all the way, along with 5 thumps up too 👍👍👍👍👍…

An amazing experience. From the time I was checked in until I went home- amazing! The staff were so transparent, welcoming, honest, and helpful.

I had surgery on May 9, All went well, The front office and Nurses there are outstanding. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that was happening from check in to Post -op. Krissy checked me in with a smile and professionalism, Kylie set me up for Pre-op. She was very welcoming , explained all that was happening and and was very efficient and professional, Sheri was my operating room nurse. She made me feel at ease before she took me into the operating room, She was very professional and on task. Sasha did a great job preparing the operating room for surgery. In Post-op I was well taken care of and looked after by Hannah and Shana. Dr. Tyler Smith performed my surgery and I am very happy with the outcome, He has a great bedside manner, explains things fully and has time for questions. I forgot the name of my Anesthesiologist but she was very professional and calming, The center kept my wife updated during the whole process and she was very pleased with the professionalism and care that I received. Thank You all.

Dr. Patching (10 out of 10) performed an inguinal hernia repair on my husband yesterday at West Coast Joint and Spine Center. The office is beautiful and clean with plenty of parking. The office staff were pleasant and got us checked in quickly. I received text messages from staff throughout the process from pre-op to recovery to let me know my husband's status. Shout out to Front Office staff Joslyn & Kristine, Operating Room Sheri, RN, Mike and Racheal, Pre-Op Hailey, RN, and Post-Op Kylie. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

Recently I had a chance to visit the West Coast Joint and Spine Center in El Dorado Hills. I would like to thank Dr. Skeehan and his team for the exceptional service I was provided. The anesthesiologist (sorry, I didn’t catch the name, and still thinking what I was dreaming during the surgery😊), Krissy and Joshy from front office, Hannah, RN and Adrianna, RN from preparation room. Jennifer, RN, Andrea, RN, Teanna, RN from operation Room and Hailey, RN from discharge room.
I was so comfortable all the way through my visit. On the way home I told my wife how attentive the staff was, I ended up getting emotional. My wife was laughing at me because it’s hard to crack down on a tough guy like me. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for your help and what you do.
