Experience was so lovely, everyone was amazing and Dr. Burns was exceptionally attentive.
I have been seeing Nancy Burns, L.Ac for several years and she's become an important part of my health and wellness team. The overall experience is so positive and supportive, from her lovely office to the personal care and time she takes with her patients. I'd never been to an acupuncturist and wasn't sure what it was or how it works. She explains what she is doing, there is really no pain (the needles are so thin you rarely feel them). After the treatment, I always feel relief from my pain issues and much more relaxed then when I entered. She listens and diagnoses the issue with wisdom and clarity. If you suffer from hip pain as I did, go see Nancy. Living in the Folsom area, I visit Nancy for help with neck and shoulder pain from old injury and too much time at the computer, and maintenance for hip pain. I say 'maintenance' because when I lived in San Jose, I suffered for yeas with hip pain. I tried every possible way to deal with it. Nothing worked...Rx, MD, over the counter. Then I found Nancy. Wow! Within months the pain was totally gone. Also,If you are like me and think: ouch! needles, don't worry. On my first visit I asked: "When are you going to stick me?" She said she was done.
