Over the years I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios… Radiant Yoga is the BEST. It’s a great environment, the instructor are always the best in town.. and let me tell you those infrared panels heating you up are so good for you. They have helped my eczema clear up, get better sleep, have less stress and even some extra mental clarity. If you’re looking for a yoga studio, I would check it out.

Great variety of classes and instructors! I love that every class is different and uses a variety of poses and I’m so happy to find a heated studio in my area! It took a little bit of time to get used to the flow and doing different types of poses as I have only ever done the 26 bikram poses before. But you can catch on very quickly! Everyone has been very friendly here, and there is consistently great class times for those who can only make it after work hours. They seem to offer a lot of events for the community, and everyone seems passionate and involved which is a plus
