Love this place my therapist was amazing. They provide a comprehensive approach and have helped me improve significantly and so far hands-down the best physical therapy that I’ve had so far. The therapist that I had was highly skilled and knows what she’s doing.
Long before KIME came to be Russ Dudding rehabbed me something serious from a devastating pelvic/acetabulum break - stemming from a bicycle accident. Fast forward 10 years and Kara Jenkins at KIME has taken excellent care and concern for me with a slipped disk before and after surgery to fix it. I’m a 56 year old guy, cycling enthusiast, and for the first time in a year I am back on the bike. There is the physical side of healing, recovery and therapy and there is the mental side. I had both knee issues and a disc back issue when I came to KIME and had Julia as my PT. In 3 months I was able to get back to what I was doing (golfing, running and gym work) due to Julia’s expertise. I learned a lot about what I need to do to keep my body in good shape and how to protect myself from injury. I’m almost 70 and feel very fortunate to have Julia and KIME get me back on track.
