We were sold a bill of goods as to how this software works. It does not work as is. It freezes, drops data entered into the billing software, changes balances to credits in the ledger, diagnoses are changed when exporting to the billing side along with duplicate visits created on the same day. This is the tip of the iceberg. My billing manager has a 7 page document of issues with the software. Technical support explains issue with circular reasoning to the point where nothing makes sense. They \"mansplain\" issue to my female staff and talk over them when they are speaking. They have also attempted to do the same to myself, and the call didn't go very well from that point....read full review

SCHEDULING & EHR PROGRAMS HAVE COME A LONG WAY - FORTE HOLDINGS (Specifically Chiro8000) HAS FAILED TO KEEP UP.We used this program at our practice since 2015 and we are extremely relieved to finally have transferred to a secure online Scheduling and EHR system. We used Chiro8000 program and we paid the monthly "Tech Support" fee. Here are a few things anyone considering the Chiro8000 program should know:1) YOUR DATA IS KEPT ON YOUR LOCAL HARD DRIVE - THIS IS NOT A CLOUD BASED SYSTEM - Wonderful for HIPPA compliance and a nightmare for using appointment reminder functions.
