I had a haul away project for my commercial building on Piedmont Avenue. I called a few places I found on Yelp and some of them were not very responsive. I called Junkcat and sent them photos of the areas and items that needed to be hauled away. They were very quick to respond with estimated pricing and they also could come the same day or the next day. The next day their team came and efficiently moved all the items and discovered even more items and rubbish to remove. The job ended up being a lot larger than what I sent by photos and they fairly made an adjustment to the fees. I would definitely hire JunkCat again. Nick's team had the fastest response to my Yelp query and the lowest price. Plus they were able to come out to remove my old, heavy sleeper sofa from an upstairs apartment with just one day's notice. And they offered to text me the receipt from the dump so I would know that the sleeper sofa had been properly disposed of. Nick, Yves, and Sean were professional, quick to disassemble and remove the sofa bed, and so nice! Five stars.

Nick and Eve did a great job for a surprisingly low price. No runaround with them, unlike the contractor who talked a good game but didn't get beyond step 1. N & E did an unpleasant job, removing contaminated debris, fast---and safely for all concerned. And they were pleasant to deal with! Treated the customer as someone they can trust reasonably. NOT someone to put a disempowering-me, super-empowering-the contractor, contract in my face. Then say, or all but say: sign, with no changes, or no go. That's the opposite of Nick and Eve's fine M.O. ---Alan
