Asked for and received a quote from Rick in February of 2024, for demolishing my mother's backyard cottage, and one fence, including digging up and carrying away the poured pier-type concrete foundations of the cottage, bringing electrical, water, and sewage lines down to the surface, and cleaning up. Added to the quote was an optional junk handling and hauling fee. Initial quote was lowest of several bids I had for this work. Quote additions were extremely reasonable and handled very professionally. Service and work quality were professional, friendly and very high quality. They took all my junk accumulated over years in the basement garage and carefully swept up after. Initial estimate of engagement's duration was 5 days and they did it in 4, including an unexpected add-on demolition of the back fence. They also use Marin county's Zero Waste waste stream, which is important to me - I want my junk to have the best chance of not ending up in the landfill. They picked up every little fragment from the demolishing and the junk hauling that was at all reasonable. The dirt left behind is otherwise spotless. Now I'm just left to decide how best to remediate the holes in the ground left by the things I requested they dig out. An entirely expected outcome. They were professional, helpful, attentive, worked with me on deciding how to handle special waste my mother had hidden away for years under the structure, and everything they touched looks clean and well kept. It's been a long time coming and much appreciated. Photos are of structures they demolished, and of outcomes. Very happy with their service. Would recommend without reservations.
From start to finish this company was one of the best vendors we've worked with. Rick was extremely responsive and communicative, and was able to give a quote quickly based on details/photos shared via the Yelp request. No other vendors would quote us specifics without coming out onsite. We hired Rick's team to demo 1200 sq ft of nonstandard, reinforced, 6 inch thick concrete, a large 10 x 12 tuff shed, and a basketball pole. They scheduled the job promptly, showed up on time, kept the site clean every day, and finished in just a few days. Rick and Vini are great at customer service! They and Claudio and Neto were all very professional and all around a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Ricardo was very communicative and professional, both via email and in person. I included pictures when I requested a quote and he was able to provide me a quote very quickly, and was able to do the work within a few days. I had his team remove an old concrete pad and part of a walkway from my backyard. They checked in with me at every stage, making sure they knew exactly what was to come out, if they could use one of my power outlets, and that they had removed everything I was expecting. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Pleasure to work with, highly recommend!
