Matthew Mays of Hassler provided a quote today for a heat pump for me at my home in Richmond. It was hands-down, the best quote experience I’ve had of any home improvement quote. Not only was he on time, friendly, and respectful, but he educated me on the basics of HVAC and how they applied to my home and what my options were. I never felt pressured, and I also felt taken care of. Although I’m waiting on one more quote, I can’t imagine why I wouldn’t go with this company no matter what the bids end up being.

Our technician did a wonderful job of repairing our HVAC when the air conditioning stopped producing cold air. He was professional, courteous and was able to quickly find and correct the leak that was causing the problem.
