Best Company I have ever worked with. Turns out our old Bookeeper/accountant never even filed a 2553 & a ss4 form for our s corporation which is a BIG RED Flag and caused our company to almost get elected as a c corp which would have costed us tens of thousands of dollars. Luckily I found the real Accounting through a referral and the first sit down we showed me all the flaws and missed forms from my old accountant.
